Our friends over at Genesis Publications have been in contact this evening with an important update on the forthcoming special edition of Nick Mason's "Inside Out: A Personal History Of Pink Floyd".
As we reported back on 9th February, 8th April, and most recently on 12th July, Genesis, the specialist book publishers, have collaborated with Nick Mason, producing a very special limited edition of his book.

For those of you with large wallets, an urge to help out a very worthy charity, and a wish to own some unique Pink Floyd memorabilia from the London Live 8 concert, which featured Roger Waters reuniting with the others for the occasion, a trip to the online auction site eBay might be worthwhile.

We recently had the pleasure of interviewing bassist Guy Pratt, who was in Edinburgh staging a very successful one-man-show looking at his long musical career, which has involved working with such artists as Pink Floyd, Michael Jackson and Madonna.

The Cambridge Evening News and local charity Escape Artists are delighted with Roger Waters' support of their latest project.
Cambridge Cantata, "a celebration of the city's life, people and culture" by composer Simon Gunton, looks at the history of the University city. The choir of King's College Chapel will be joined by award-winning instrumentalists Cantata Collective for the world premiere of the piece. It is a fusion of classical, rock, jazz and blues music, and includes a reworking of the Pink Floyd classic, Grantchester Meadows, Roger's tribute to the peaceful paradise of the Meadows on a summer afternoon.

Nick Mason's wonderful book "Inside Out - A Personal History Of Pink Floyd" is selling well, helped by the interviews and appearances that Nick has made in promotion of the tome. For some time now, we have given the possibility for Brain Damage visitors to order a personally signed, dedicated copy of the book, by Nick himself.
During recent contact with Nick's office, they confirmed that books are still available, and they have supplied us with updated order forms for the book.
