We were contacted last night by Pink Floyd's management, to let us know the latest on the long-anticipated release on DVD of the live concert video, PULSE. The release of this title is clearly uppermost in many minds, based on the number of emails we've received over the Christmas and New Year period, asking us what the latest is on it.

Roger Waters Tsunami appeal TV show - European update Print E-mail

Further to our report on Wednesday, regarding Roger Waters' appearance in the star-studded benefit show on US network NBC Universal, on Saturday January 15th at 8pm EST, called "Tsunami Aid: A Concert of Hope", we have an important update for our European friends.

Pink Floyd's Dark Side Of The Moon - Best Album Of All Time Print E-mail

Once again, Pink Floyd's 1973 classic album Dark Side Of The Moon has been voted number one, this time as best album of all time, in a poll conducted by Toronto's classic rock radio station Q107. This is consistent with a previous poll done in 2000, when the album won the "best album of the century" title.

Gerald Scarfe - upcoming talk about his career Print E-mail

Acclaimed artist and caricaturist Gerald Scarfe, who provided the wonderful, savage animation for Pink Floyd's The Wall project, has announced an upcoming show. Gerald occasionally gives illustrated talks on his work, and last year we hugely enjoyed his talk at the British Museum in London, where he covered his life story in detail.
