DAVID GILMOUR EUROPEAN AND US TOUR 2006
Pink Floyd guitarist David Gilmour
played a string of solo concert dates in 2006, where he appeared with
his band in small, intimate venues.
The concerts were to promote his new album, out on 6th March 2006, "On An Island".
The shows had David playing songs from his new album, along with a
selection of Floyd classics and maybe also some other surprises during
the shows! The shows were in two halves, plus an encore at the
conclusion of the show.

Please note that we will do our
best to use whatever you send in, but please note that it might not be
possible to include everything. We may have to edit reports, or reduce
the size of some pictures where appropriate. David's management made it
clear to us that they didn't like us (and other fansites) using live
pictures of David, so that's why there is a lack of them on the site -
despite the kindness of many fans, who sent in some superb shots. Blame
them not us!
