Today's Sunday Telegraph newspaper in the UK features a revealing interview with David Gilmour on the eve of his three concerts in London. The interview finds David in reflective mood, looking at his own life, and his career with Pink Floyd.

Tonight sees David Gilmour and his band begin the UK leg of their ‘On an Island’ tour in earnest, with an appearance in Manchester and the broadcast of a superb performance on the ‘Later with Jools Holland’ show, both this evening.

We mentioned previously that production tickets might be released for David's shows at the Royal Albert Hall in London. A number of these tickets can be bought via this link at RoyalAlbertHall.com. Most of them seem to be for the Grand Tier, which are the boxes at the venue, but others may be available too. It is also worth ringing the venue as other tickets are released on a daily basis...and some great tickets are still available as these words are being typed!
