It was recently revealed that Nick Mason was to be interviewed by a
guest editor for the UK drumming magazine "Rhythm". Mike Portnoy, who
drums for Dream Theater (the band that recently released a DVD of their
live version of Pink Floyd's Dark Side Of The Moon) has now been
talking about his assignment for the publication.
Portnoy said: "I am honored to
have been asked to play 'guest editor' for this upcoming issue and I
was given the opportunity to pick four drummers to interview that were
influences on me and help shape me as a drummer in my formative years.

Pink Floyd drummer
Nick Mason is putting his flying credentials to excellent use,
alongside fellow qualified pilot Bruce Dickinson (Iron Maiden) in an
upcoming charity auction.
The duo are offering
listeners to Terry Wogan’s breakfast show on BBC Radio 2 the
opportunity to fly with them to the Royal International Air Tattoo at
RAF Fairford in Gloucestershire next summer, as part of the BBC's
regular fundraiser "Children In Need".

The latest, confirmed tour date direct from Roger's manager is for the
Hallenstadion, in Zurich, Switzerland. The show takes place on April
11th, at 7:45pm, and tickets go on sale tomorrow morning (FRIDAY) at

An
update on the Barcelona show on April 21st: tickets for this show go on
sale November 15th. Exact ticketing details to be confirmed shortly.

Dark Side Of The Moon tour, today brings information on his jaunt down the west
coast of South America.
With a number of the European shows going on sale today, we're hoping that
there's many happy BD readers out there who've managed to get good tickets for
what promise to be great shows. Tickets are selling very quickly for many of
these shows, so if you've yet to buy yours, don't delay!

With additional dates for Roger Waters 2007 Dark Side Of
The Moon tour arriving daily, today we bring you the German and Spanish stops on
Roger's jaunt around the world.
Tickets for the already announced, and currently on-sale shows, are selling
very strongly indeed as expected. As a reminder for those wishing to attend the
UK shows, these are now on pre-sale and many of the best seats have already
sold, ahead of the public on-sale which is tomorrow. Many of the other shows
announced in the last few days also go on sale tomorrow, so good luck to
everyone, and we hope you get the tickets you are after.
