Pink Floyd were amongst the legends who received a nomination into this year's UK Music Hall Of Fame. The band were included in the line-up for the list of artists from the 1970's, alongside acts such as David Bowie, Stevie Wonder and The Clash. The induction ceremony for all of the winners is being held tonight (Sunday 14th) in a live programme on Channel 4 TV channel.

Pink Floyd guitarist David Gilmour appeared alongside a whole host of top musicians at the London Wembley Arena charity event on September 24th to celebrate the Fender Stratocaster guitar, and Friday night had around 80 minutes of highlights broadcast on UK radio station Capital Gold.
