The new issue (cover date Sep/Oct 2006) has just hit the UK shelves,
and features a fascinating interview with Guy Pratt, who has worked
with Pink Floyd since 1987 and, of course, most recently toured with

Further to our previous news items about the "Taken By Storm: The Art

Sadly, PP (Pat)
Arnold's father has passed away, just 3 months after Pat's mother. They
were married for almost 64 years and will now be together again. Pat
thanks everyone for their prayers and good wishes, and our thoughts are
with her and her family at this sad time. She is obviously due to
perform at Roger Waters' upcoming US shows, and it isn't known at this
time if this will delay her rejoining the tour. Our thanks to José Abellán for passing on the information from Pat.

Studios, on Tuesday, August 29th. Studio One is where many classic
orchestral scores and recordings have been made over the years, from
film soundtracks through to orchestral segments on David's "On An
Island" album.

Following on from our story of August 24th, concerning the sale of
items from the estate of Syd Barrett, including signed artwork never
seen before, his home was put on the market this weekend by Cheffins,
the auctioneers.
The property particulars
include an unexpected addition - a section written by Rosemary Breen
(nee Barrett, Roger's sister) about her brother and his life, with a
focus on the house.
