Our friends over at Genesis Publications have been in contact today with an important update on the forthcoming special edition of Nick Mason's "Inside Out: A Personal History Of Pink Floyd".

Only 500 sets will be made, and work is currently being finished on the sets.

Other albums they have covered include The Number Of The Beast (Iron Maiden) and Master Of Puppets (Metallica).

We recently reported on Nick Mason's scuppered plans to continue his promotion of his wonderful book "Inside Out - A Personal History Of Pink Floyd" this month, due to appendicitis.

We've had an update on Nick's progress, and I'm sure you'll all be pleased to hear that he is recovering well from his operation. The plans he had for flying to Germany, to appear in Hamburg, Berlin and Köln (Cologne), have been cancelled for the time being, on doctor's orders, as has the trip to Bulgaria. These will be rescheduled in due course.
