Pink Floyd make top five in all-time top 500 albums Print E-mail

Pink Floyd narrowly missed out on the top spot in UK radio station Capital Gold's All-Time Top 500 Albums Chart as verified by the UK's official chart company.

Queen topped the chart with their 1981 album, 'Greatest Hits' with Pink Floyd's 'The Dark Side Of The Moon' coming in fifth place.

Malta added to Waters' European tour Print E-mail

With Roger Waters' 2006 summer tour of Europe just over a month away, yet another date has been added to the schedule.

The tour promises a complete run-through of the 1973 Pink Floyd classic, Dark Side Of The Moon, as the second half of the show. The first half is a mix of Floyd classics and Roger's solo material. Elaborate staging is promised, complete with projections, and a full, 360 degree quadrophonic sound system.

Guy Pratt announces more stand-up shows Print E-mail

With David Gilmour's On An Island tour taking a break before the final five shows in the UK, Guy Pratt, who very ably takes care of bass duties in the band (and on the album), is keeping himself busy.

He's been in contact with us, first off to thank all the Brain Damage readership who submitted their comments about the shows. Your reviews obviously gave the band something to read in quiet moments, and maybe even gave them food for thought!
