Last night, legendary DJ and interviewer Jim Ladd announced that Roger Waters would be dropping by to chat live on radio station 95.5 KLOS in Los Angeles, at 8pm PT tonight (April 24th).
Jim Ladd was the voice of the DJ on Roger's 1987 album, Radio KAOS, and the pair have been friends for many years. With Roger's US and European tour starting on Sunday night, we hope that Roger will be quizzed on the tour, and in particular, his plans for what will follow - one or more new albums, as hinted at for some time now, and if there are any intentions to release a DVD of the DSOTM tour.
KLOS streams live at 955klos.com. Our thanks to Ed for the head's up on this interview!

[Story updated] Phil Taylor's wonderful book, "The Black Strat: A History Of David Gilmour's Black Fender Stratocaster" (reviewed here), will hopefully be published by the Hal Leonard Corporation as a hard-backed book on September 15th, assuming all goes to plan.
Taylor, David Gilmour's long-term guitar technician, studio manager, production director and much more, takes a careful and detailed look at one of rock's most iconic instruments. Rather than a dry, technical manual, suited only to those who already know guitars inside and out, it is a rewarding and accessible book that Pink Floyd fans the world over will thoroughly enjoy.
