Next Thursday, April 30th at 3pm BST/10am EDT, PropStore are holding their Music Memorabilia Live Auction Spring 2026 from London, and bids can be placed beforehand for those of you interested in items.
In this sale, they have no less than fourteen Pink Floyd/Syd Barrett items, some of which are real "one-off's" that few would have expected to be offered for sale. Five of the lots in particular are extremely unusual and will undoubtedly fetch high prices:
- Lot 272 - Nick Mason & Storm Thorgerson hand signed TDSOTM print from an edition in 2000.
- Lot 273 - Roger Waters, Nick Mason, David Gilmour, Richard Wright autographed WYWH Soundwave print from an edition of just 10 prints.
- Lot 274 - Nick Mason & Storm Thorgerson hand signed Animals print from an edition in 2000.
- Lot 275 - David Gilmour autographed setlist from the AMLOR tour 1987/88 which is handwritten by David and includes song title variations such as Shine On You Crazy Bastard and Juan's Lip (One Slip), as well as Run Like Fuck.
- Lot 276 - Storm Thorgerson hand signed Mother Of All Back Catalogues print from 2012, which features ALL the Floyd album covers in body painted versions.
- Lot 277 - Herman The Pig from Roger Waters The Wall Live in Berlin 1990 which is the inflatable from the show, which is HUGE! 47ft x 70ft x 60ft, powered by four weatherproof fans which are included along with a production folder and additional ephemera.
- Lot 278 - Storm Thorgerson hand signed Back Catalogue print from 2012 which is the more normal, six Pink Floyd cover version.
- Lot 279 - Syd Barrett's two-page handwritten letter to girlfriend Jenny Spires in 1965 which was displayed in Pink Floyd's Their Mortal Remains exhibition, and includes his drawing of the band's van: "you can't see the name because it is too small you can't see me because I'm in the back".
- Lot 280 - Syd Barrett's two-page handwritten letter to girlfriend Jenny Spires in 1965 which was displayed in Pink Floyd's Their Mortal Remains exhibition, and includes his drawing of the band in the studio.
- Lot 281 - tour used guitar case from the 1970s, stencilled with PINK FLOYD LONDON
- Lot 282 - Storm Thorgerson autographed WWYWH Live EP Print showing the image created for the 1995 single release.
- Lot 283 - Storm Thorgerson autographed TDB Stone Heads Print from 2000.
- Lot 284 - Roger Waters and Nick Mason autographed The Wall LP with the signatures in different ink which is much more likely on authentic signed items (many of the fakes use the same pen for each signature however unlikely this is).
- Lot 285 - Nick Mason and Storm Thorgerson autographed WYWH Print probably from the 2000 series.
