Hot on the heels of the brace of shows performing Meddle in full at the Half Moon in Putney, London, Lee Harris's new group A Surrogate Band - which includes Dom Beken, fellow bandmate from Nick Mason's Saucerful Of Secrets - have announced another couple of shows at the legendary venue. Over to Lee to explain what's been added to the horizon!

"A huge thank you to everyone who bought tickets for the Meddle shows - both nights sold out in a matter of hours! So, what’s next?

"Before there was Dark Side of the Moon, there was… Eclipse – A Piece for Assorted Lunatics. Eclipse was the early live incarnation of what would become Pink Floyd's seminal 1973 album, performed throughout 1972 while the piece was still evolving - making it uniquely suited to interpretation by a four-piece band.

"We'll also be exploring more from the Pink Floyd songbook. These will be A Surrogate Band's final Album Sessions shows of 2027."

Those of you who have heard Pink Floyd's early performances of what became The Dark Side Of The Moon, from January 20th 1972 at the Brighton Dome onwards, will know that these should be VERY interesting shows, and we recommend securing your tickets as soon as you can.
