Bids are now being welcomed for a new auction for charity. Nick Mason along with his friend Philip Pope (who has spent decades involved with numerous British TV and radio comedy) have donated a drum kit, a signed snare, and signed drum sticks, to raise money for the Harefield Healing Garden - a sanctuary built for patients, families, and staff at Harefield Hospital.

On offer in the auction is a Yamaha 9000 Recording Custom Drum Kit from the 1980s, with a piano black finish, comprising a 22in kick drum, 10in, 12in, 13in rack toms, 14in and 15in hanging toms, Sabian Solar hi-hat, two cymbals, and a seat.

The winner will also get a purple finish Yamaha 14in snare with top head signed and inscribed by Nick Mason in black marker Shine On..! Pink Floyd June 2025.

Finally, there's a pair of ProMark Nick Mason Signature drumsticks signed and inscribed respectively in black marker Good Luck..! and Shine On..! by Nick Mason. The whole lot is complete with stands and fittings, all drums in cases, hardware/stands bag, and new heads on the toms.
