On Wednesday, November 5th, we told you about the launch by Rockarchive of The Print Bank, a charitable trust. To recap, the esteemed Rockarchive photographers, including the award-winning Jill Furmanovsky (a familiar name to most Pink Floyd fans) have donated for auction 30 of their finest prints, to the charitable trust. All 30 images are signed by the artists in the picture as well as the photographers, and include members of the Floyd, The Who, Led Zeppelin, The Police, Noel Gallagher and Oasis, Kate Bush, Brian Wilson, Madness, George Martin, Lenny Kravitz, Amy Winehouse, Bryan Ferry, Nile Rodgers, Chrissie Hynde, and many others.

Visitors to London between now and the end of the year will find, in various locations, no less than fifty specially designed, three foot six inch tall statues of the character Paddington Bear - including one designed by Nick Mason which uses Wish You Were Here as its inspiration. The bears form The Paddington Trail, a fundraising effort tying in with the release of the children's film, an adaptation of the much loved series of books.
The lead charity partner of The Paddington Trail is the NSPCC (National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children) who will be launching an online auction (in November) and a live auction (in December) for the statues designed by artists and some of the more collectable items. All of the proceeds will go to charity, to raise vital funds for their ChildLine service, helping to ensure that children and young people have someone to turn to in times of need. It is hoped that The Paddington Trail and associated activities will raise over £500,000 for the NSPCC.
The trail also benefits children's charity Action Medical Research for whom Paddington Bear has been the official mascot for over 35 years.
For those who are specifically in search of Nick's bear, it can be found at the O2 Arena in Greenwich, east London. More details of the bear, its location, and how to get there, can be found here.
Other bears have been designed by a diverse range of actors, artists, sports personalities and more, including David Beckham, Nicole Kidman, Benedict Cumberbatch, and Hollywood superstar Sandra Bullock who has created a Gravity inspired design of Paddington in an astronaut's outfit which will be hung from the ceiling at the Royal Observatory in Greenwich.
More information can be found at the NSPCC website.

This afternoon (November 5th), Rockarchive, the collective of photographers who specialise in music portraits and live shots, announced the birth of The Print Bank, a charitable trust.
The esteemed Rockarchive photographers, including the award-winning Jill Furmanovsky (a familiar name to most Pink Floyd fans) have donated for auction 30 of their finest prints, to the charitable trust.
On the Floyd front, the images include a lovely shot of David Gilmour and the late Storm Thorgerson during the 1974 tour, with David sitting on a monitor speaker tuning up, and Storm at his feet. This is signed by David and Storm. There's also the WYWH Red Veil shot, again signed by Storm; a shot of Nick Mason in action on the 1974 tour, signed by Nick; a shot of Jill by Nick, and signed by both; and finally, Jill's iconic shot of David's Comfortably Numb solo atop the wall at the Nassau Coliseum in February 1980, signed by David.
Beneficiaries of the first auction will be The Teenage Cancer Trust, Shelter, Shooting Stars Hospice, and St. James Place Foundation. These images can be seen by all for just five days, from today, at the Olympus Image Space Gallery and will be auctioned in their entirety in early 2015.
The Olympus Image Space Gallery can be found just around the corner from London's Liverpool Street station, at 199 Bishopsgate (the Primrose Street entrance). You can also see the images online at theprintbank.com, where you can post an online bid now.
