A new poem by the UK's Poet Laureate Simon Armitage celebrates the 50th anniversary of Wish You Were Here, which is released next month (December 12th) on a variety of formats, and the poem introduces a new interactive fan experience.

Here's Simon doing the first reading of Dear Pink Floyd:

To accompany the release of Simon's poem, there's been the launch of a dedicated Dear Pink Floyd experience at PinkFloyd.com - an interactive digital space inviting fans around the world to share their own poems, memories, and reflections inspired by the band's music. Visitors can listen to Simon's poem, explore postcards created by fans globally, and submit their own message to Pink Floyd through a simple, guided experience. At time of writing this, there's already been over 2000 submissions from all over the world, and you can drill down to submissions from individual countries.
