PinkA long-time BD reader and contributer, Michael Mason, runs a website - www.fab4art.com - that specialises in Beatles animation cels and production art. He recently managed to get hold of a small quantity of a nice Pink Floyd related rarity... the full set of five promotional cels made in 1992, to commemorate the 15th anniversary of 'The Wall' movie.

And, as a kind gesture to his fellow BD visitors, he has given us two complete sets to give away in this special Easter competition!

The Teacher and his wifeThe promo cels were also produced to advertise the then-upcoming auction of production animation art from the movie.

They are 11"x9" (A4 size, close to US 'letter' paper size) and all are in mint condition.

He has also included the original A4 2-sided flyer for the animation art sale, and a set of five 'Wall' laserprint backgrounds so that you can show off your prize properly.

All of this can be bought - while the very limited stocks last - from www.fab4art.com - but if you fancy trying to win one of the two sets we have, just answer the following questions:

1. Which legendary artist was responsible for the incredible animation in the film? GERALD SCARFE
2. True or false? The artist from the question above first worked with Pink Floyd back in 1974. TRUE - and his characature of the band in the 1974 tour programme is incredible!
3. Name his recent book, celebrating his long and fascinating career. DRAWING BLOOD

and send your answers, along with your FULL mailing address, to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it by 11:59pm GMT on April 15th. Good luck to you all, and thanks to Michael for the prizes!

UPDATE - contest now closed. Winners were Martin Jordan, UK, and Alessandro Arcangeli, Italy. Better luck next time to the MANY people who entered but weren't lucky this time around. We've put the answers above for you, for those who weren't sure about them.
