We told you recently about Tim Renwick, an old friend of David Gilmour, and a key part of Pink
Floyd's touring band from 1987 onwards, who has a new album out. Privateer is a guitar-based instrumental album, showcasing his fluid, evocative style in a range of different tracks, some of which betraying the influence Pink Floyd have had on him!
The album can only be bought from his website - www.TimRenwick.com - where you can hear clips from some of the songs. He kindly gave us a copy of the album to give away in our latest Brain Damage competition; all the correct entries have been gone through, and the lucky winner is M. Turpin from the UK. Well done to you, and better luck next time to those who weren't drawn out the BD hat!
