Further to our news item last week, reporting that Pink Floyd's legendary 1979 album, The Wall, is the focus of Stuart Maconie's BBC Radio 2 programme "Critical List", on January 22nd, we have an important update for you.

Due to the BBC's coverage of the Tsunami Benefit Concert being held at Cardiff's Millennium Stadium, this edition of Maconie's show has been postponed. With no indication on the BBC website of the revised date, we have been in contact with Stuart himself, who has told us the good news that the show has simply been put back one week, and will be broadcast on January 29th.

"Critical List" is a series in which Maconie suggests albums that should in the collection of every popular music aficionado. He casts his eye in this one hour programme on Roger Waters' acclaimed, semi-autobiographical masterpiece. Whilst we cannot confirm this at the moment, we don't believe that it includes any interview segments with past or present members of the band.

The programme airs at 21:30hrs GMT, and can be heard on FM radio, DAB Digital radio, Freeview, NTL/Telewest/Sky Digital, or online via the website. After broadcast, the show will be available to listen to over the internet, on demand, for seven days.
