We have been contacted with the news that the Pink Floyd "Autumn Campaign" is to start in the UK on September 13th. This is a special promotion, slashing the prices of all their albums - pre- and post- Roger Waters - to almost half in some cases.
The two exceptions are the Shine On box set, and the SACD of Dark Side Of The Moon. These remain at full price. Everything else, including the (so called!) limited edition special version of Is There Anybody Out There, gets a nice reduction, making it the perfect time to fill any gaps in your collection.
Solo albums are NOT included in the offer, which ends October 22nd. Coincidentally(!), this means the offer is running around the same time as Nick Mason's Inside Out book comes out, handy for record stores who are thinking of cross-promoting the book with the albums...
