Nick Mason's book "Inside Out - A Personal History Of Pink Floyd" is now on sale, is wonderful - a truly essential purchase - and we have more updates for you of upcoming events and interviews.

We've had a load of emails from people who attended the first two book signings in London yesterday; everyone had a great time, and were knocked out at Nick's generosity and good humour at the events. He was asked about the 2005 reunion rumours (as mentioned in Q Magazine) and flatly denied them, wondering where these had come from. (Roger's office have also denied them, saying that his next tour will be his 2006 solo tour, promoting his rock album). The signing events have already proved very popular - so if you intend seeing him on one of the following dates, please be early! Here's the current list of where to catch Nick:

October 14th - Fopp, Edinburgh, 1.30pm
October 15th - HMV Records, Manchester, 5pm
October 26th - WHSmith, Swindon (TO BE CONFIRMED)
October 28th - Borders Books, Bournemouth, 7pm
October 29th - Waterstones, Bath, 1pm
October 29th - Waterstones, Bristol (Union Galleries branch), 5pm
November 11th - Ottakers, Norwich, 5pm

Please confirm times with the stores before setting out, as they are subject to last minute change. There are likely to be other signing sessions and as we get information on this, we will let you know.

Don't forget, too, that Nick is appearing in a one-off show at the Belfast Festival, spending the evening talking Floyd. Tickets are still available for this show, on November 1st, which promises to be a fascinating, hilarious evening.

There was a large feature on Nick, with an interview, due to appear in the Daily Mail/Mail On Sunday this weekend, but as it turned out, both day's newspapers were distinctly Nick-less. We will check what happened with this tomorrow and let you know our findings. Nick is also undertaking the following interviews:

October 12th - Capital Gold Radio, 1pm
October 12th - Johnny Walker's Drivetime Show, BBC Radio 2, 6.20pm - 6:45pm
October 13th - Danny Baker, BBC Radio London, 8am
October 13th - Richard & Judy Show, Channel 4 TV (UK), 5pm - 6pm
October 20th - Midweek, BBC Radio 4, 9am

For those of you outside the UK, the BBC radio shows will be streamed over the internet. There should be other interviews on various radio and TV stations as well; more details as and when. We'll also be chatting with Nick next week, filling the remaining bit of free time he has in his hectic schedule!

There is also an interview with Nick appearing in the November issue of Word Magazine. The street date of the magazine is scheduled as October 14th, but might be available earlier - maybe even as early as the next couple of days. We'll keep you posted on this!

Signed copies of Nick's book:
If you can't get along to one of the signing sessions, we should be able to offer you, in the next few days, the chance to buy a signed copy of the book. Nick will also dedicate the book to you...Keep watching this site for more information on this - Nick is currently having a new site constructed for selling the book, and once we have the address of the site, we'll let you know. The book will be full price plus shipping, and this offer will be on for a limited time - we guess until his hand is worn out from signing all the autographs!

Alternatively, Amazon are promoting the book heavily on their website, at time of writing offering a huge 40% discount on the book with free shipping, in some countries!
