Guy Pratt - My Bass and Other AnimalsHaving performed it at a couple of festivals last month, Guy Pratt is bringing his highly acclaimed stand-up show, "Guy Pratt's Wake Up Call", to Scottish audiences this month. He will be performing at the Gilded Balloon as part of the Edinburgh Festival, between August 19th and 29th. The show takes place at 5:15pm each day, and tickets, at just £10 each, can be bought online through this link now.

Coinciding nicely, you can now not only get his hilarious book, "My Bass And Other Animals" in Kindle format, you can take it really easy and hear Guy himself reading the whole thing. The unabridged audiobook is playable on your computer, on your iPod or other MP3 player, and can even be burnt onto CD. It is now available to download from Audible UK. The book, which we highly recommend, is a no-holds barred, warts'n'all look at his career working with such luminaries as Madonna, Bryan Ferry, Michael Jackson, David Bowie, David Gilmour, and Pink Floyd, to name but a few.
