Back on March 29th and March 31st we reported on some upcoming David Gilmour TV and radio broadcasts. We now have a little more information on one of these, which airs this coming Friday (April 7th).

David Gilmour
David Gilmour on Capital Radio
Italy's Capital Radio will be airing an exclusive recording of one of David's recent shows in their country (where he performed in Milan, for two nights, and in Rome, for one night).

Intersperced into this, will be a special interview that David had with Capital's Gigi Ariemma.

As yet, we don't know the extent of the broadcast - in other words, how much of the concert will be broadcast, or how long the interview is.

The broadcast begins at 8pm CET, and is part of Capital's Livetime series.

Those outside Italy will be able to tune in, live, via the radio station's website - www.Capital.it - click on "radio", then "ascolta la radio" (trans: listen to the radio).

Our thanks to Virginia for the updated information.

UPDATE: April 7th

The wording on the Capital website has changed slightly, so it isn't clear now what concert recording will be aired. It may be a repeat of the BBC recording, or indeed one of the Italian shows. We won't know for sure until it airs, later today...
