The new issue (cover date December 2005; issue 317) of the UK's Record Collector magazine features an interview with Roger Waters, under the headline of "The Missing Pink".

The interview, by RC's Jonathan Wingate, covers four pages and finds Roger in expansive mood, covering such topics as Ca Ira, and venturing into the world of opera; the hunting bill introduced by the UK's current government; and his poetry - where he mentions that he might issue "a slim volume [of poems] at some point".

There is also a fascinating passage where Roger explains how he approaches his music and writing, and how he develops pieces.

Finally, there is a discussion of Pink Floyd, before and after his departure, which has him in particular, discussing the qualities which still exist with Dark Side Of The Moon.

The magazine hit UK stores this week, and is available from selected outlets worldwide as an import. Mail order enquiries (worldwide) can be made through This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it
