We are delighted to announce another great Brain Damage competition on the day that the saxophonist for David Gilmour's upcoming tour was announced.

Pink Floyd's legendary sax player Dick Parry will be joining David on the tour, playing the parts that David himself performs on the album.

Dick Parry played the famous sax solos on Money and Us and Them from 'Dark Side Of The Moon' and Shine On You Crazy Diamond from 'Wish You Were Here'.

And now to the competition! We have a couple of very special prizes which have been given to us by Sony to commemorate the release of 'On An Island' - a David Gilmour t-shirt and hat.

To be in with a chance of winning, answer the following questions correctly and email us with "DG competition" as the email title.

The competition ends at midnight GMT on March 5th, with the two winners being picked on March 6th - David's 60th birthday and the UK release date of the album.

Here's the all-important questions:

  1. Name the artist who created the album artwork and design.
  2. On which track on the new album does David play saxophone?
  3. In what year was David's previous solo world tour?

Good luck with your entries. One per person, please, and include the name of the country where you live. Please note that we will not acknowledge individual entries due to the sheer number of emails we receive these days - thanks for your understanding!
