Australian Pink Floyd Show 2011As you'll be aware, the ever popular Aussie Floyd are currently performing some of the Pink Floyd's greatest songs on their new European tour (complete with 3D visuals, inflatables, and a crew peppered with staff who've worked with the real thing), and just about to start the UK leg. They've also launched a new online store, which includes a wide range of their gear.

To coincide with this, and following on from the competition we had for the champagne reception at their final rehearsals in London, we have another great giveaway for Brain Damage visitors. With spring just around the corner in the northern hemisphere, it seems fitting to have no less than 10 of their new design t-shirts available for those lucky enough to be drawn out the BD hat!

Following the UK dates, the band move on to France, Switzerland and Italy. Full details of the dates and venues can be found at www.AussieFloyd.com, but look below for the UK info and ticketing link.

As we mentioned above, the 2011 dates see a trio of experts with Floyd credentials onboard. Colin Norfield has worked with TAPFS before and takes over as sound engineer once again. Colin was FOH engineer on Pink Floyd's Division Bell world tour. Since then he has handled live sound for David Gilmour, including working on his 'On An Island' tour. Renowned Production Manager Roger Searle, who also worked on the 'On An Island' tour also joins the 2011 show. Roger will be using the latest cutting edge, state of the art technology to enhance the essential elements of the existing TAPFS to take this tour to another level. Also joining the team for the 2011 tour is Floyd drummer Nick Mason's drum technician Clive Brooks.
