We have never, ever sent spam emails to anyone. Like other reputable people we despise spam and the people who flood your email with useless advertisements. We do not sell or market email lists, we never have and we never will.

One current ploy that spammers (and virus distributors) seem to be trying at the moment, is to impersonate emails so that they appear to be coming from someone else.

Brain Damage assures you that we have never, and would never, send you email of a commercial or advertising nature. We would never send out email about medications of any kind, diet techniques, internet spy software, bulk email software, XXX or Adult internet sites, or anything of that type. Please accept our sincere apologies if you have received unwanted email that appears to originate from us.

If you ever receive email of an advertising (or other offensive) nature from what appears to be www.Brain-Damage.co.uk, we would appreciate it if you contact us and forward the complete email message to us (including the entire header section). We can often find the identity of the actual sender, even if that means tracing through several service providers.

Impersonating someone via email is illegal and we take this very seriously. We will work with government agencies to prosecute anyone who fraudulently sends email as if it originates from us. There may also be civil prosecution for slander, liable, theft of service, and for loss of business revenue.
