WARNING - SPOILERS AHEAD!

Do not read on if you don't want surprises to be spoilt, regarding what the band played, and what happened as the night unfolded!

Night thirty-five of the tour, and after two nights in Texas, the production arrives in Oklahoma. Local newspaper Tulsa World reviewed the concert, a show that they called "one of the biggest rock'n'roll productions in the history of the genre. [It] presented the absurd and surreal, cemented in all-too-real allegories of acceptance and rejection, co-mingled with rabid nationalism, sexism, religion, egotism … -isms compelled by fear and greed.

"So much of this timeless album are classic radio hits — Comfortably Numb, Is There Anybody Out There?, Hey You, Another Brick in the Wall — and to return them to their original context was nearly overpowering. There was a chilling dichotomy between the lead character Pink’s isolation and the sold-out audience's collective witness to his (our) descent, as fans pulled together to share Pink's pain and loneliness.

"People screamed and cried, tears streamed down their faces as they sang in unison, 'Together we stand, divided we fall.'

Eric with Roger Waters"Waters' vision, and execution of that vision, was as chilling and pitch-perfect today as it was three decades ago." They conclude by saying that the "state-of-the-art performance was more than 30 years in the making, and technology has finally caught up with Waters' Orwellian vision. Waters' message is more potent today than it's ever been."

If you went to this show in Tulsa, please let us know what you thought of the event, and if anything interesting or different happened if you've been to previous shows and can compare.

CONCERT REVIEW and PICTURE by BD CONTRIBUTOR, Eric Jokinen

What an awesome show; I didn't think the 2010 show could be outdone but Roger has added more. I had given myself a media black out of coverage so I could go into the show fresh. Amazing!!

Even better, me and a few other guys waited at the back entrance for a chance to see Roger. His ride pulled in and pulled up to the curb instead of right into the arena, there was 7 or 8 of us and he gave an autograph or allowed a picture to be taken with him, I took the picture opportunity, something I will never forget.
