A long hoped for reissue of Richard Wright's Wet Dream, remixed by Steven Wilson with a new stereo AND surround mix, is out now, and absolutely superb, really bringing a forgotten gem back to life and it sounds better than ever.
Finally, Roger Waters read three extracts from his memoirs in October 2023 at the London Palladium, so it might not be too long before that is published...we'll let you know as soon as we get all the info!

Just announced: a third Hollywood Bowl, LA show (October 31st) and a fourth Madison Square Garden, NYC show (November 9th).
This means there are now a total of seven shows across both cities, which are the only North American locations for David Gilmour's 2024 concert dates. David and his band are playing on October 29th, 30th and 31st at the Hollywood Bowl, before heading up to New York City for performances at Madison Square Garden on November 4th, 5th, 6th and 9th.
Tickets for all the North American shows go on general sale at 10am local time tomorrow (Friday, May 17th) from this direct link at Ticketmaster.com. Presales for most of the shows have already taken place and have proved extremely popular, so we don't expect remaining tickets to hang around for long.
And, as a reminder, the Italian shows in Rome go on general sale tomorrow morning too, through this link at Ticketone.it.
UPDATE: The fifth and final show at Madison Square Garden has just been added, for November 10th. As with the other dates, this show goes on sale at 10am local time tomorrow.
With Nick Mason's Saucerful Of Secrets starting their 2024 Set The Controls tour in three and a half week's time, Nick chatted to David Hepworth and Mark Ellen about the very early days of Pink Floyd, how the Saucers came together, and talks about the potential of adding 60's Floyd demos to the set list.

Just announced - David Gilmour has announced a set of four concert dates in the USA, to be held at the end of October and start of November. Tickets go on sale this week through this link at Ticketmaster.
Gilmour and his band will be playing at the legendary Hollywood Bowl, in Los Angeles, California, on Tuesday 29th and Wednesday 30th October, before heading up to New York City, New York, for a brace of shows at Madison Square Garden, in Manhattan, on Monday 4th and Tuesday 5th November. That last date - 5th November, is not just National Doughnut Day in America, but also the day of the US election, where the next president will be voted on and elected.
David played two nights in both venues in 2016 on his last tour, so it's not a huge surprise to see him return to them. For the 2024 dates, these will be the ONLY North American cities, and join the dates in London, England, and Rome, Italy on the schedule.
You can sign up to the official David Gilmour newsletter to get exclusive ticket pre-sale access. The pre-sale will launch Wednesday, May 15th, 10am local. The window to qualify for the pre-sale ends at 1pm PT / 4pm ET on Tuesday May 14th. Pre-sale codes will be sent out later that day.
The venue itself is running a presale (we think through Ticketmaster) on Thursday, May 16th, at 10am local time, with a password of SOCIAL.
Tickets will then go on general sale at 10am local on Friday, May 17th from this link at Ticketmaster.
Just announced: David Gilmour will be playing at the historic Circo Massimo in Rome, Italy, on September 27th, 28th, 29th and October 1st, 2nd and 3rd, 2024.
First access to tickets will go to Italian residents pre-ordering Luck and Strange from the official David Gilmour Italian Album Store (including those who have already done so), with the general sale of tickets beginning on Friday, May 17th via this link at Ticketone.it
Other than the store presale, there is a Virgin Radio Presale at this link, from May 15th at 9am until May 16th at 11:59pm. There's also a Sonyo Presale running at the same time as the Virgin Radio Presale.
As with the Royal Albert Hall tickets, we suspect these shows - the only ones that will be performed in mainland Europe - will be extremely popular. The capacity of the venue should be higher than the London venue, so hopefully plenty of fans will be able to secure tickets.
JUST ANNOUNCED: David Gilmour is doing six nights at London's Royal Albert Hall in October 2024, to coincide with the release of his new album Luck and Strange, which comes out on September 6th. Gilmour and his band will be playing the legendary venue on October 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 14th and 15th, and tickets go on sale next week (full details below).
In the recent Uncut interview Gilmour talks about the mechanics of sorting out the set list for the tour, which should include the new album, but also selected Pink Floyd songs from over the years. The band is yet to be announced but he notes that "I thought we'd get people who are genuinely creative and give them a little more space. That's the plan. So we're going to have some of the younger guys alongside Guy [Pratt] and the Webb Sisters, who sang with Leonard Cohen on his last tours".
It is worth noting that the six shows at London's Royal Albert Hall are the entirety of his UK performances this time around. We suspect there could be dates in other countries announced in due course.
Tickets for these concerts go on sale in two stages. Fans in the UK/Ireland pre-ordering Luck and Strange from the official David Gilmour UK Album Store will get first access to tickets, via an exclusive ticket pre-sale on Thursday 9th May through Ticketmaster UK. If you have, or intend to, order from elsewhere, there IS, however, a "No purchase necessary" option you can select at David's store to get the pre-sale code without having to cancel your existing order.
The window to qualify for the pre-sale ends at 3pm UK on Wednesday, May 8th, with all existing pre-orders from the official David Gilmour UK Album Store also eligible. Pre-sale codes will be sent out later that day.
Tickets will then go on general sale at 10am UK on Friday, May 10th, through this link at Ticketmaster UK. We are sure that demand will be high for these special concerts.
To be released on June 7th, 2024 are all three of Nick Mason's solo albums as individual LPs and CDs for the first time since their original release. In August 2018, the limited edition Unattended Luggage box set gathered the three album together but now you can get them separately.
For those who need reminding, Fictitious Sports was Nick's debut solo album from 1981, which included collaborations with a variety of different musicians including Robert Wyatt and Carla Bley.
1985's Profiles saw him hook up with 10cc guitarist Rick Fenn, and is a mainly instrumental album except for tracks Lie for a Lie which features vocals from Maggie Reilly and Floyd bandmate David Gilmour. and Israel, sung by UFO keyboardist Danny Peyronel.
Finally, there's White of the Eye, another collaboration with Rick Fenn, a soundtrack for the British thriller movie of the same name. Originally released on January 1st 1987 on Harvest in the UK, and Columbia in the US, to coincide with the film's release, the 2018 saw it appear on CD for the first time.
