  The rumoured changes to Roger Waters' band for the 2008 mini-tour have this afternoon been confirmed by his manager. Due to Andy Fairweather Low and Katie Kissoon having prior bookings for April and May, the very able pairing of Chester Kamen (left) and Sylvia Mason-James (right) will be taking their place on guitar and vocals respectively.
Chester, of course, was part of Roger's 2002 touring band, and Sylvia has being a key vocalist for a number of top musicians, and took part in 2005's Live8.
