We've had a lot of emails from BD visitors who have been very pleased with their Pink Floyd "Oh By The Way" box sets, and it seems many lucky people had these as Christmas gifts! However, we've also had quite a number of emails from people that have had problems with their sets - missing albums, incorrect discs, or missing inserts. Indeed, the set that we ordered arrived from Amazon with two copies of the ASOS disc and no PATGOD!

EMI are aware of a small batch of inner sleeves for disc 2 of The Wall being incorrectly printed, repeating the side 3 information where the side 4 information should be. If you visit www.pinkfloyd.co.uk they have instructions for how to get a replacement sleeve.

However, due to the emails we're getting about other problems, we would urge you to check your copies thoroughly now, to avoid later disappointment. Any queries should be raised with the retailer who sold it to you, who should be able to rectify things, albeit while stocks last...
