First two David Gilmour solo albums get reissue Print E-mail

david gilmour (1978) and about face (1984) In just over a month's time, on October 14th, Columbia Records release the latest in their X2 releases, which package together a pair of albums. This time around, it comprises 1978's "David Gilmour", and 1984's "About Face".

If you've not heard these albums, you are in for a treat. And, quite a convenient package, with a slight money saving aspect over buying the two separately - for example, are offering this at $3 cheaper than the albums as individual entities, although don't expect bonus material despite Amazon's rather odd current claim that the edition consists of a mind-boggling 30 discs, rather than the 2 discs it should have!! If you want to get this new package, orders are now being taken by amongst others.
