BBC Dark Side Of The Moon documentary Print E-mail
Written by Matt
Tuesday, 16 September 2003

The BBC Radio 4 documentary on Dark Side Of The Moon, mentioned previously and broadcast yesterday (Tuesday) was an interesting if short (30 minutes) look at the album, with interview segments from members of the band, Bob Geldof (eating humble pie over his original views on the album!), ex-Rolling Stone journalist and celebrity chef Loyd Grossman, and others.

Sadly, there were no new interviews with the band themselves, but the snippets that were used worked well in their context. A Tuesday lunchtime was a strange time to broadcast the show though! For a week, the show can be heard via the internet on demand - click here to launch the Real Audio stream.
