David Gilmour has just announced his first ever tour to South America, playing Brazil, Argentina and Chile in support of Rattle That Lock, his new album which is released - worldwide - on September 18th. Tickets for the five concerts go on sale on Thursday, September 10th. The confirmed dates are as follows:
Also confirmed is the touring band accompanying David, who are as follows: Phil Manzanera – guitar, Guy Pratt – bass, Jon Carin – keyboards, Steve DiStanislao – drums, percussion, Kevin McAlea – keyboards, Theo Travis – saxes, clarinet (Brighton and Europe only), Joao Mello – saxes (Royal Albert Hall and South America only), Bryan Chambers - backing vocals, Louise Marshall – backing vocals (Europe/UK only), and Lucita Jules - backing vocals (South America only). |
