It is with much thanks to Klaus Hiltscher that we share here some of his collection of great pictures of Pink Floyd at Frankfurt's Festhalle, at the start of their 1977 Animals tour. The pair of shows at the Festhalle were the third and fourth on a tour which stretched from January, right through to the infamous Montreal concert in July.

Below we have 34 pictures which give an indication of what the arena shows on that tour were like. Amongst the things shown in the pictures are shots of the Shine On mirrored "flower", and the rather angry looking piggie...
