Roger was born in Great Bookham, Surrey, in 1943, moving to Cambridge when he was two years old. It was there that he met, and became childhood friends with, a number of key people in the story of Pink Floyd. We - the Brain Damage team, and quite a number of our visitors who have asked us to pass on their best wishes, too - hope you have a great day, Roger. Many happy returns! Of course, Roger has been extremely busy over the last year or two, having performed 120 Wall concerts in 2010/2011, with more planned (and some announced) for next year. He's also hard at work going through the recordings of the Athens Wall concerts with a view to the release of the show on DVD/Blu-ray in due course, which of course many of us are eagerly awaiting... |
