Rolling Stone Magazine has released their special edition, revealing their list of the "500 Greatest Albums of All Time" as mentioned previously on our news page. The magazine includes a hybrid SACD disc (playable on normal CD players) with selections from some of the Top 500 albums, from artists including Dylan, Elton Joel, Herbie Hancock, and of course, Pink Floyd ("Money" from Dark Side Of The Moon). The disc, in a white card sleeve, includes a competition with over 45,000 prizes to be won.

You need to play the disc to see if you are a winner. If you are, you will have found the tenth track, which tells you what you've won. The prizes are: fifty first prizes of a "Sony DVD Dream System", and 45,000 second prizes which are a set of SACDs including Dylan's "Blood On The Tracks", Norah Jones' "Come Away With Me", and Floyd's "DSOTM".

The top five Greatest Albums, and the four Floyd albums that figure in the run-down, are:

1. Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band, The Beatles
2. Pet Sounds, The Beach Boys
3. Revolver, The Beatles
4. Highway 61 Revisited, Bob Dylan
5. Rubber Soul, The Beatles
43. The Dark Side of the Moon, Pink Floyd
87. The Wall, Pink Floyd
209. Wish You Were Here, Pink Floyd
347. The Piper at the Gates of Dawn, Pink Floyd
