With much thanks to Wendy Bannister, wife of the legendary concert promoter Freddy Bannister, we have a great Pink Floyd flavoured prize for you in our latest competition - a copy of the Bannister's limited edition, signed and numbered box set which looks at the 1969 and 1970 Bath Festivals, and the 1971 Lincoln Festival.

The box set also looks, via the book included, at a whole range of Bannister-promoted concerts in the late sixties and early seventies. Pink Floyd performed at the 1970 Bath Festival, playing Atom Heart Mother with a full orchestra, and it was billed at that point as The Amazing Pudding.

The competition questions are below - with details of how to enter and potentially get your own copy of the set for free! Here's what the box set includes:

Superb reproductions of the tickets, handbills and programmes from the following festivals (the original programmes, handbills and tickets are now almost impossible to locate and would cost in total over £1,000 - if you could find them):
1969 Bath featuring Led Zeppelin, John Mayall and Pete Green
1970 Bath featuring Pink Floyd (where they premiered Atom Heart Mother), Led Zeppelin, Jefferson Airplane, Santana, Steppenwolf, Johnny Winter, Frank Zappa, The Byrds, Canned Heat, Fairport Convention, Country Joe, Hot Tuna and John Mayall with Pete Green
1971 Lincoln Festival with James Taylor and The Byrds
A hardback book by Freddy Bannister all about promoting in the sixties and his first ever gigs with Pink Floyd at various small halls in England
An album of 28 photos of the festivals
And as a special gift to Brain Damage readers, a set of 5 CDs

If you want to order one, the cost of the set is £75, plus £7.50 in the UK and £20 to the States and to purchase a set or for further info please email This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it or phone 01223-526073 (UK) or +44-1223-526073 (outside the UK). What date was the Floyd headlining appearance at the 1970 Bath Festival?
Which late, legendary British DJ compered the festival?
