Further to our story last month about Guy Pratt's first London show, we've heard this week that there are still a few tickets left for his appearance next week. However, these are expected to go quickly in the remaining few days, so you should get yours now to guarantee getting in to what promises to be an interesting and very funny show!

Guy, who we recently had the pleasure of interviewing, has recently staged a very successful one-man-show in Edinburgh looking at his long musical career. Recently described as "Pink Floyd's bass player for when the band are arguing", he has worked with them since 1987, in the studio and on the road, along with other legends such as Madonna and Michael Jackson. His show covers his experiences with all these people.

The extremely positive reaction to the Scottish dates has resulted in the scheduling of his first West End show, which is being held on Monday 24th October at the Sound Theatre, Swiss Centre, Wardour Street in London. Showtime is 7.30pm, and tickets are available from 0870 890 0503.

Guy recently wondered if there was any interest in doing a "Floyd special" version of the show - just about his experiences with them - for the Floyd community. We had a large number of emails from you asking him to do such a show, and passing them on to Guy. He was impressed by the comments received and we are hoping that the Floyd special show happens at some point. We know he's got a wealth of stories relating to his time with the band (indeed, he is currently recording with David Gilmour for his [David's] solo album), so the show should be unmissable!
