Zabriskie Point getting US DVD release |

 Warner Home Video are, at long last, releasing an official DVD of the 1970 movie Zabriskie Point in the US. The DVD hits US stores on June 30th, 2009, and means that Pink Floyd fans in that country will no longer need to suffer the various pirate versions that are around, most of which are of poor quality.
The movie of course features some very interesting Pink Floyd music in it - otherwise unreleased alternate versions of the band's songs, such as "Come In Number 51, Your Time Is Up" (a close relation of "Careful With That Axe, Eugene") alongside some new songs.
One of Michelangelo Antonioni's more noted movies, pre-orders for the DVD - at time of writing, with a 25% discount - can be placed with Amazon.com.
