Tuesday, 11 April 2017

The New York Times TimesTalksTickets are now on sale to see Roger Waters in conversation with Jon Pareles, the chief pop-music critic at The New York Times, on April 26th.

The duo will discuss Waters' first solo studio album in 25 years, entitled "Is This the Life We Really Want?" which is being released on May 19th. With no signs of slowing down, Waters will also be embarking on an extensive tour, "Roger Waters — Us + Them," kicking off on May 26th in Kansas City, then travelling around North America prior to shows anticipated to be announced for other parts of the world.

Taking place at Florence Gould Hall, East 59th Street in New York, the event starts at 7pm. It promises an evening of contemplative discussion about his storied career, his message of humanity, and how empathy is the key to getting the life we really want.
