New logo for Syd Barrett tribute event unveiled on Brain Damage! |

 This evening, we are very pleased to be able to exclusively reveal the new, official logo for the official Syd Barrett tribute, The City Wakes - being held in Cambridge between October 22nd and November 1st, 2008.
So "hot-off-the-press" that it's not even on the official site yet, our friends from Escape Artists (who are producing the set of events) wanted the Brain Damage readership to be the first to enjoy the fruits of the labour of Storm Thorgerson and the other fine fellows at Storm Studios - Storm himself being one of the major contributors to the event in other ways too.
The logo will soon be available on t-shirts and other items at the various events taking place in Syd's home city, and from the official website - www.thecitywakes.org.uk - where you can also find more details of the events being held.
