Roger's tour of The Wall arrives at the O2 Arena, which originally was booked for the Eden/Synot Tip Arena. This was changed at the start of June 2013 due to technical issues. All previously purchased tickets for these shows will be honoured at the new venues. Please contact your point of purchase for information on how this move will affect your seating. RogerWaters.com customers will be contacted directly.

The RogerWaters.com presales have begun, with advance tickets available to those who had registered their interest in particular cities. General sale tickets are on sale through TicketPro.cz and other official agents (exact dates and outlets can be found via Roger's website). The public sale will also see a limited number of VIP packages made available for each show on the tour.

WARNING - SPOILERS AHEAD!

Do not read on if you don't want surprises to be spoilt, regarding what the band played, and what happened as the night unfolded!

Night eight of the tour, but much more significantly, night TWO HUNDRED of the 2010-2013 tour! With a band fresh from their break, and enhancements still taking place on the presentation of the show, the concert showed absolutely no signs of tiredness or over-familiarity with the material. The Prague audience ensured a great reaction and celebration of this landmark show.

The tour has a day off now, before heading to Frankfurt for the first of three (non-consecutive) shows in Germany.

If you went to this show in Prague, please let us know what you thought of the event, and if anything interesting or different happened if you've been to previous shows and can compare.

CONCERT REVIEW and PICTURE by BD CONTRIBUTOR, Vlado Marcinek

Prague's gig was special for several reasons. Organisers fucked it up and changed the venue to an indoor arena again, the show kicked off one and a half hours late due to technical issues, plus they didn't provide enough supporting facilities, in particular public transport which made the journey back home quite difficult for a lot of people.

However, as it turned out later on, what seemed like an issue, wasn't at the end important at all. I definitely didn't care. Because this was Roger's 200th gig on this huge tour! And it was superb. This is The Wall. The best album/music/lyrics/YouNameIt ever written/recorded. Spectacular, monstrous, perfect in each aspect and a phenomenal show.

Though what we've seen was an indoor version again, there were visible improvements, which made it even more interesting, eg Roger being projected on the wall, not only on the circular screen as before. (I think it was pre-recorded though but who cares).

This time I decided to stand instead of sit. I took a place just in front of the mixing desk. Seeing James Khalaf doing his job well done was also a great experience as I guess he's a star himself already.

The sound quality, Qsound effects, lights, all were perfect! Although I don't have to mention this because this is The Wall, this is Roger.

He was full of energy and enjoying the show very much and spoke Czech a little bit (well done!). It was also interesting to see how he threw away his leather jacket and even Ray Ban's after the song Stop.

Overall message of the show, the atmosphere... it's all difficult to describe as you have to experience it.

Roger Waters - Prague, 2013

I was not taking any pictures/video for several reasons, but mainly because I was enjoying the show so much. Except, I did take a few during the intermission.

These are the facts. Now a little bit of sentiment. When I was a teenager I never though I would ever be able to see Pink Floyd, David, or Roger. Up to this point I've seen Roger several times and I simply couldn't wish for more. If this was my last gig, I'm absolutely okay with it as I carry memories I will never forget.

What's more, I've managed to meet Mr. Pink himself the day before the show outside of his hotel! And I can tell you it was one of the most memorable experiences in my entire life.

Thank you Roger, thank you band!
