We reported back on December 1st that the 1968 film The Committee, which is reviewed elsewhere on this site, is finally getting an official release on DVD.
The film has long had mythical status, with a heavily edited audio recording being all that most people have experienced. This recording showcases all of Pink Floyd's soundtrack for the film, specially composed and recorded - a lot of it is incidental or "filler", but with this is some interesting longer segments.
We have learnt today that it is getting a Region 2 (Europe) DVD release on July 26th 2004. We're working on finding out information on its release in other regions...
