With the hugely anticipated reunion of Roger Waters and Pink Floyd just over 24 hours away, we have news specifically for our New York based readers.

Check out TV station NY1, who will air an interview with Nick Mason beginning at 7am EST Saturday morning. It will continue to air repeatedly until 12noon. The interview with Nick was conducted by Jay Lieberman, Executive Producer of Entertainment for New York 1. Jay is a past contributor to Brain Damage, having written a review of one of the 1994 Division Bell concerts.

The interview was recorded during Nick's promotional tour back in April, for his book "Inside Out: A Personal History of Pink Floyd".

He told us: "The interview went great and Nick couldn't have been nicer. He discussed the making of the book, playing live, details of the recording of each and every album, his reconciliation with Roger, why "The Wall" will work on Broadway, the pros and cons of bring inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame, and what the future holds... I also asked if they were to go out on the road again, would "Animals" material make the setlist."

NY1 News is Time Warner's 24-hour news channel in New York City. Available exclusively on Time Warner Cable, NY1 covers the city's five boroughs with more than 25 full-time reporters. For more information on the station, go to www.NY1.com.

Our thanks to Jay for all his help...
