David Gilmour in London Print E-mail
Written by Matt
Thursday, 09 October 2003

David Gilmour was seen hitting the town on Wednesday evening, attending the London premiere of the new film, "A Concert For George", which was held in honour of the late Beatle Harrison at the Royal Albert Hall. Amongst the pictures from the evening Rex Features have shown on their site, are pictures of David with his wife Polly, ex-Beatles Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr, Jools Holland, and Joe Brown.

It is possible (but not confirmed) that David was in London for the Investiture Ceremony being held in The Ballroom at Buckingham Palace yesterday (Thursday), where The Queen was giving the likes of Sting and Roger Moore their titles awarded in her Birthday Honours List - where of course David was granted a CBE.
