 As part of the events marking the 30th anniversary of his death, BBC Radio 2 are airing "20th-Century Boy: The Marc Bolan Story" this coming Saturday, September 15th from 7:30pm-9pm BST.
Tributes to the T Rex singer and early 70s glam rock pin-up and cultural icon are paid by many of his friends and contemporaries, and by modern musicians influenced by him and his music. Those interviewed include David Bowie, Roy Wood, Noel Gallagher, David Gilmour and Richard Wright. More details at www.bbc.co.uk.
