Many of you will be aware of the recent single release from Roger Waters, of the song "Hello (I Love You)", taken from the movie soundtrack of The Last Mimzy. We brought you news of the limited CD single release and the promotional video for the track.

Now, for the vinyl purists out there, comes news of a very limited, 180 grams audiophile edition, which will be appearing as a 12" pressing.

The single will be Roger's first vinyl release since 1992's audiophile classic Amused To Death, is limited to 1,000 copies pressed on coloured vinyl, and comes in a "lavish" picture sleeve. It will be available from July 2nd while stocks last.

The release is part of the 10th anniversary celebrations of ToneFloat, the Rotterdam based audiophile record label, that is run by the same people as FloydStuff.com.

The vinyl edition of "Hello (I Love You)" is manufactured by Record Industries, the plant that pressed the legendary vinyl edition of Amused To Death, and more recently the 30th anniversary vinyl edition of Dark Side Of The Moon.

The song itself is brand new, written specifically for the movie soundtrack by Roger Waters and Academy Award winning composer Howard Shore, and co-produced by James Guthrie, the Grammy Award winning producer whose credits include The Wall, and the recently released Pulse DVD.
