The well-established London auction house Cooper Owen is holding a Rock Legends auction on June 16th which includes several interesting Pink Floyd items. Shown below are pages from the auction catalogue (click them for larger, more legible versions of each), which detail each of the items on offer - we're sure you'll agree that there's some great stuff up for grabs!

Many of you will recall that Pink Floyd guitarist David Gilmour appeared with Jools Holland at the Teenage Cancer Trust charity show at London's Royal Albert Hall, on April 1st this year.

With thanks to Lucy at the Trust, we can confirm that there will be a DVD of the Jools Holland night at the Royal Albert Hall. As yet, they cannot confirm the exact content of the DVD, or the release date, but hopefully it will be out soon. We have asked Lucy to keep us updated on news of this DVD. Having attended the night in question, we are sure that the DVD will be an essential purchase - some great artists and superb music throughout the evening!

We have received many enquiries since the excellent Pink Floyd And Syd Barrett Story DVD was released in Europe and Australia, asking when it might appear in other regions.

We now understand that plans are at an advanced stage to release this excellent documentary in the US, Canada, Japan, Brazil and Israel, hopefully before the end of the year. The release should be the same as the European/Australian versions - although the Australian version does feature longer interviews in the extras. It is therefore hoped that this will be the version our worldwide friends will get.

Those in the US will have seen an edited version of the documentary on music TV station, VH1, but as yet have not seen the whole thing. Thankfully, not long to wait now hopefully...
