COMMENTS

Roger's tour of The Wall arrives in Belgium, with a show at a venue that Roger has been in a few times, both as a solo artist and while he was still a part of Pink Floyd. Our thanks to Marc-Olivier Becks for the ticket scan shown to the right.

The RogerWaters.com presales began the week starting Monday, May 31st, with advance tickets available to those who had registered their interest in particular cities. General sale tickets went on sale on June 4th, through LiveNation.be. The public sale will also see a limited number of VIP packages made available for each show on the tour.

SET LIST - highlight the following with your mouse to read...
FIRST HALF: In the Flesh, The Thin Ice, Another Brick in the Wall Part 1, The Happiest Days of our Lives, Another Brick in the Wall Part 2, Mother, Goodbye Blue Sky, Empty Spaces, What Shall We Do Now, Young Lust, One of My Turns, Don't Leave Me Now, Another Brick in the Wall Part 3, The Last Few Bricks, Goodbye Cruel World
SECOND HALF:
Hey You, Is There Anybody Out There?, Nobody Home, Vera, Bring the Boys Back Home, Comfortably Numb, The Show Must Go On, In The Flesh, Run Like Hell, Waiting for the Worms, Stop, The Trial, Outside the Wall.

WARNING - SPOILERS AHEAD!

Do not read on if you don't want surprises to be spoilt, regarding what the band played, and what happened as the night unfolded!

Night thirty-eight of the tour, and the fears of the ash cloud from the volcano in Iceland, which has affected movement in Europe over the last few days (and some transatlantic traffic too), would stop Roger, the band, and his crew taking the production to Antwerp, proved unfounded. They reached the venue in good time to set up for another great show.

If you went to this show in Antwerp, please let us know what you thought of the event, and if anything interesting or different happened if you've been to previous shows and can compare.

CONCERT REVIEW and PICTURES by BD CONTRIBUTOR, Vincent "Big daim" Cailteur

The Wall is more than just a concert, it's a real SHOW!

Here are some pics, taken in Anvers (Antwerpen) during the show, taken from the other side of the Sportpaleis, with a little Nikon Coolpix... Not professional pics, but "souvenir pics". Enjoy!
